Ken Park
Chief Medical Director
Ken is an expert surgeon who pioneered advanced endoscopy techniques in the UK. With 24 years at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and the founding of TAC Healthcare, he now offers specialised treatments for rectal conditions across our clinics in Aberdeen and Peterborough.
Lynn Stevenson
Colorectal Consultant
Lynn is a Colorectal Consultant and General Surgeon at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, specialising in colorectal surgery, cancer care, and benign conditions. She holds a medical degree, a Master in Medical Law, and a fellowship in laparoscopic surgery, with a strong focus on patient-centred care.
George Ramsay
Senior Clinical Lecturer, Consultant Colorectal & General Surgeon
George completed his medical training in Edinburgh before undertaking surgical training across the North of Scotland, including a PhD in Mucosal Immunology. His clinical interests include colorectal cancer, emergency general surgery and improving outcomes for patients undergoing colorectal procedures.
He has a particular interest in frailty and medical education. He brings extensive experience in colorectal surgery and research to his work with NexEndo.
Malcolm Smith
Gastroenterology Consultant
Dr. Malcolm Smith is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where he has worked since 2007. He specialises in gastroenterology and endoscopy, with particular interests in inflammatory bowel disease, functional bowel disorders and advanced upper and lower GI endoscopy.
He is also an experienced endoscopy trainer and Lead Clinician for Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Grampian.
Kayla Gray
Unit Manager – Peterborough
Kayla Gray is an experienced Endoscopy Nurse and Unit Manager with almost 14 years’ experience in endoscopy. She has extensive clinical experience across adult and paediatric endoscopy and has progressed to Band 6 level, supporting, teaching and developing colleagues.
Kayla is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and creating a supportive environment where both patients and staff feel confident and well cared for.
Charles ogilvie
Clinical director of nursing
Charles brings 30+ years’ experience in perioperative care and nursing leadership across the NHS and private sector. He has led teams through service growth and national accreditation, focusing on patient safety and staff wellbeing. At NexEndo, Charles ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality theatre services for every patient.
