Ken Park

Ken is an expert surgeon who pioneered advanced endoscopy techniques in the UK. With 24 years at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and the founding of TAC Healthcare, he now offers specialised treatments for rectal conditions across our clinics in Aberdeen, Manchester, Nantwich, London, and Peterborough.

Ross Haworth

Ross started as an engineer before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London. He later advised in Aberdeen’s oil and gas sector and held senior roles in health services, including Managing Director of Abermed. Now self-employed, he advises in healthcare, conservation, and property, focusing on technology and organisational optimisation.

Alena Duncan

Alena has over 30 years experience if working within healthcare and business. A nursing background with an MBA and LLM has ensured she remains passionate about providing excellent clinically led safe services for patients and DLP stakeholders which adhere to regulatory and statutory requirements. She previously worked as an investigator for the parliamentary and healthcare ombudsman which gave her experience of working for a statuory body. 

Chris Brown

With over 40 years of experience, Chris advises government agencies, consultants, contractors, financiers, and developers on launching and managing projects. His hands-on expertise in regulated environments is complemented by his experience as a key member of an international law firm’s management team. Chris is qualified as a solicitor in both Scotland and England, allowing him to operate across jurisdictions.
